How contractor coordination works
Process
- 1. You choose who works on your home. Prefer your own HVAC, plumber, cleaner, or other vendor? Submit them below so we keep them on your property file.
- 2. We recommend when you ask. If you do not have a preferred provider, we can suggest from our contractor directory.
- 3. You approve the work. Estimates, repairs, warranties, and payments stay between you and the licensed contractor.
- 4. We coordinate access. During a Home Watch visit or scheduled appointment, we can meet the contractor on site, document conditions, and keep you updated.
We serve residential homes only. We provide Home Watch, property monitoring, documentation, minor non-licensed handyman work, and contractor access coordination. Licensed trade evaluation, estimates, repairs, warranties, permitting, and specialized work remain the contractor's responsibility. Homeowners approve contractors and authorize work directly.
Minor handyman work is limited to small, non-licensed tasks legally permitted for our team (for example screen repair, hanging pictures, basic door hardware, and simple household adjustments). Major repairs and licensed trades are not performed by our company.
